UNU Jogja Holds 2026 Internal Quality Audit Workshop to Strengthen Quality Culture Across Faculties and Study Programs

Yogyakarta, Indonesia – Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Yogyakarta (UNU Jogja) held the 2026 Internal Quality Audit (AMI) Workshop as part of its efforts to evaluate and improve the quality of university governance on Tuesday, August 18/8.

Organized by the UNU Jogja Quality Assurance Institute (LPM), the workshop featured Zuliyati Rohmah, S.Si., M.Si., Ph.D., Head of the Quality Assurance Unit at the Faculty of Biology, Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), as the speaker.

The workshop was attended by deans, vice deans, heads and secretaries of study programs, Faculty Quality Groups, and representatives of lecturers from across UNU Jogja.

Director of LPM UNU Jogja, Dr. Nurul Salehawati, said the Internal Quality Audit Workshop is an important part of strengthening systematic quality evaluation at UNU Jogja.

“Simply put, this workshop is a form of joint evaluation to ensure that the quality culture at UNU Jogja operates according to established standards and achieves the targets we are pursuing,” she said.

She explained that one of the main targets of the workshop is to establish a strong team of Internal Auditors to strengthen the implementation of quality assurance in each faculty and study program.

“The lecturers participating in this workshop are representatives from each study program who have been selected as candidates for the 2026 AMI auditors. Hopefully, after this workshop, they will have a better understanding of internal quality assurance,” she explained.

Following the workshop, LPM UNU Jogja will continue with AMI socialization as part of the implementation of the university's internal quality assurance system.

As part of its efforts to strengthen the quality culture, LPM UNU Jogja previously held an Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) Workshop on Wednesday, August 12, 2026. The workshop involved university leaders, directorates, deans, vice deans, heads and secretaries of study programs, heads of units, and Faculty Quality Groups.
