Yogyakarta, Indonesia – UNU Jogja successfully passed the national selection for the 2025 Project-Based MKWK Development Grant Program. This achievement led the UNU Jogja team to take part in the Grant Report Workshop held at Yogyakarta State University on Wednesday, December 3. Their participation demonstrates the university’s strong commitment to strengthening MKWK instruction through innovative, measurable, and nationally aligned standards.
The workshop served as a platform for all grant recipient universities to present the processes and outcomes of their project-based learning development carried out throughout the year.
“This program has become a strategic momentum for us to develop, refine, and standardize various MKWK documents so they can be implemented consistently by all lecturers,” said Sutiyono, team member and lecturer at UNU Jogja.
Led by Marosimy Millaty with members Sutiyono, Mustamid, Harisna Hikmah, and Ahmad Hujaj Nurrohim, the UNU Jogja team successfully produced several key outputs. These include the improvement of the Semester Learning Plan (RPS), the development of Project Guidelines, Project-Based Course Programs, and a set of learning modules developed through direct mentoring from experts. All documents have undergone Intellectual Property Rights (HKI) registration to ensure their credibility, originality, and academic quality.
“The preparation of these documents emphasizes standardized guidelines without limiting lecturers’ creativity in managing their classes. With this approach, MKWK implementation can run effectively even when taught by different instructors. Standardization is a crucial step in ensuring sustainable learning quality,” he explained.
Sutiyono expressed hope that the grant would receive strong support from all stakeholders, including faculty leaders, course instructors, and relevant academic units. “Collective commitment is essential to ensure that project-based MKWK learning can be implemented sustainably and bring real impact to students,” he concluded.
