Dr. Ir. Suhada, ST., MBA., IPU., QRGP

Dean of the Faculty of Economics

Dr. Ir. Suhada, ST., MBA., IPU., QRGP is the Dean of the Faculty of Economics at Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama (UNU) Yogyakarta, as well as a distinguished professional practitioner and academic with profound expertise in strategic human resource management, risk management, corporate strategy, and digital transformation. As a practitioner, he brings over 15 years of consulting experience and currently serves as a Corporate Risk Committee Member at PT Transjakarta since 2019, alongside his role as the founder and Director of Maliya Syahid Consultant. Her professional background includes serving as the Task Force Corporate Secretary PT Angkasa Pura I at Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA), where she successfully designed and executed a high-impact communication strategy for multimodal airport connectivity. Additionally, she has managed public awareness and advocacy campaigns for prominent global non-profit organizations, including WWF-Indonesia and the International Organization for Migration (IOM).

Dean of the Faculty of Halal Industry

apt. Listiana Hidayati, M.Sc. is the Dean of the Faculty of Halal Industry at Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama (UNU) Yogyakarta. A pharmacist and academic leader, her expertise includes community clinical pharmacy, pharmaceutical management, pharmacoeconomics, and halal science. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Professional Pharmacist qualification, and Master's Degree in Pharmaceutical Management from Universitas Gadjah Mada. She leads the development of an interdisciplinary Halal Industry curriculum that integrates science, technology, business, and halal assurance systems. Her research focuses on community clinical pharmacy, halal pharmaceuticals, halal cosmetics, pharmacoeconomics, and halal supply chain, while promoting collaboration among academia, industry, and government. She has contributed to the establishment of the Halal Laboratory and the Halal Center at UNU Yogyakarta, and actively supports halal certification and the empowerment of MSMEs through research, training, and community engagement. Her vision is to strengthen the Faculty of Halal Industry as a leading center for halal education, research, and innovation, contributing to the advancement of Indonesia's and the global halal ecosystem.

Dr. Eng. Mochamad Syamsiro is Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology at Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama (UNU) Yogyakarta. He is a leading expert in information technology with research interests in smart energy system, renewable energy, and waste to energy technology focusing on pyrolysis, gasification and combustion. Dr. Syamsiro has published extensively in international journals and conferences, contributing to advancements in IT & Energy System both in Indonesia and across the Asia-Pacific region. He actively engages in regional initiatives to strengthen IT collaboration, having hosted prominent IT experts from the Asia-Pacific at UNU Yogyakarta.

Dr. Mustaghfiroh Rahayu is the Dean of the Faculty of Education at Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama (UNU) Yogyakarta, Indonesia. She holds a Ph.D. in Humanistic Studies from the University of Humanistic Studies (Universiteit voor Humanistiek), the Netherlands, and an M.A. in Religious Studies from Florida International University, USA, in addition to a master's degree from Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia. Her expertise lies in Islamic Studies, Sociology of Religion, Education, and Social Change, with research interests in pesantren studies, religious diversity, gender, citizenship, and Muslim civil society. Combining international academic experience with community engagement, she works closely with Islamic educational institutions and grassroots organizations to promote inclusive education, religious moderation, and socially engaged scholarship.

Hamdi Putra Ahmad is an academic leader and Islamic studies scholar whose work bridges Qur’anic studies, interdisciplinary Islamic thought, and higher education leadership. As Dean of the Faculty of Dirasah Islamiyah and Director of the Centre for Islam and the Future at Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Yogyakarta, he advances innovative approaches to Islamic scholarship, research, and institutional development. Holding an M.Phil. in Islamic Studies and History from the University of Oxford as an LPDP scholar, Hamdi specializes in Qur’anic studies, intellectual history, and contemporary Islamic thought. Alongside his academic leadership, he is an active researcher, lecturer, and mentor, with publications in national and international journals and regular invitations as a speaker at academic conferences.

She directs the Center for Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion at UNU Yogyakarta and teaches at Darussalam Islamic University. Co-founder of Srikandi Lintas Iman, she participated in international programs including KAICIID Fellows and U.S. State Department exchanges. Currently pursuing PhD in Interfaith Studies, focusing on women's agency in Indonesia's interreligious forums.
