UNU Jogja Computer Engineering Program Achieves 'Excellent' Accreditation from LAM INFOKOM

Yogyakarta, Indonesia – The Computer Engineering Study Program of the Faculty of Information Technology (FTI) at Nahdlatul Ulama University (UNU) Jogja has officially earned a “Very Good” accreditation rating from the Independent Informatics and Computer Accreditation Board (LAM INFOKOM). The achievement is stated in Accreditation Certificate Number 196/SK/LAM-INFOKOM/Ak/S/VIII/2025, valid from August 17, 2025, to August 17, 2030.
This milestone reflects the program’s strong commitment to maintaining academic quality and producing competent graduates in the field of information and computer technology. With the “Very Good” accreditation status, the program has been recognized as meeting national higher education standards across curriculum design, faculty qualifications, supporting facilities, and research and community service performance.
Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology, M. Syamsiro, expressed his appreciation for the support from all parties. “On behalf of FTI, I would like to thank the leadership and everyone who supported the accreditation process. This achievement is the result of teamwork and shared commitment to continuously enhance education quality at UNU Jogja,” he said.
The accreditation certificate was issued by LAM INFOKOM and electronically signed by the Chair of the Executive Board, Prof. Dra. Sri Hartati, M.Sc., Ph.D., in Jakarta on August 17, 2025, as formal recognition of the program’s quality.
With this achievement, UNU Jogja further strengthens its position as a growing university committed to providing high-quality education, particularly in the fields of informatics and computer technology. [Latifah]
