The Management Study Program at Nahdlatul Ulama University Yogyakarta has a vision to be professional and entrepreneurial in the Tri Dharma of Higher Education in the field of business management at the national and international levels based on the values of Ahlusunnah Wal Jama'ah An-Nahdliyah in 2030. By focusing on becoming professionals and santripreneurs designed to develop abilities and skills in the field of management by considering Islamic values.

The Management Study Program aims to produce graduates who are able to manage businesses by combining modern management principles with Islamic values. In the curriculum of UNU Yogyakarta Management Study Program, students will learn various aspects of management, such as marketing, finance, human resources, and business strategy. In addition, students will also learn about Islamic principles and how to apply them in managing a business. The concept of santripreneurship is also an important part of this study program, where students will be equipped with the skills to become successful entrepreneurs by considering Islamic values.

Thus, UNU Yogyakarta's management study program offers a unique and innovative approach in developing management and entrepreneurship skills, so that graduates can become successful entrepreneurs and be able to build businesses that are in accordance with Islamic principles. The UNU Yogyakarta Management Study Program also makes a positive contribution to the development of the halal industry in Indonesia, so as to strengthen Indonesia's position as a country with great potential in the halal industry.

    Able to carry out organizational functions (marketing, operations, human resources, finance, and strategy) at the operational level in various types of organizations.

  • Problem Solving and Entrepreneurial Solutions

    Able to identify managerial problems and organizational functions at the operational level, and take appropriate solution actions based on alternatives developed, by applying entrepreneurial principles rooted in local wisdom.

  • Strategic Planning and Implementation

    Able to contribute to the preparation of organizational strategic plans and translate strategic plans into organizational operational plans at the functional level.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making

    Able to make appropriate managerial decisions in various types of organizations at the operational level, based on data and information analysis in organizational functions.

  • Empirical Research and Modeling

    Able to conduct empirical studies and modeling using scientific methods in various types of organizations based on organizational functions.
