Fahmi Akbar Idries Officially Appointed as Interim Rector, Marking a New Chapter of Leadership at UNU Jogja

Yogyakarta, Indonesia – Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Yogyakarta (UNU Jogja) has officially welcomed new leadership with the appointment of Dr. Fahmi Akbar Idries, S.E., M.M. as Interim Rector based on Surat Keputusan Pengurus Wilayah Nahdlatul Ulama (PWNU) Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta no.: 310/PW.01/A.II.01.67/15/02/2026. The transition marks an important milestone in the institution’s ongoing efforts to strengthen the quality of higher education while upholding Islamic values.
