Rector of UNU Jogja Speaks at the PPI World Symposium and Conference in Turkey

Bursa, Turkey — The Rector of Nahdlatul Ulama University (UNU) Jogja, Widya Priyahita Pudjibudojo, was one of the speakers at the 17th International Symposium and Conference organized by the Indonesian Student Association (PPI) World, held in Bursa, Turkey, on September 9–12, 2025.

In a talk show themed “Innovation in Technology, Education, and Food Security as Drivers of National Industrial Transformation,” the Rector of UNU Jogja emphasized the importance of synergy between innovation, education, and food security as the foundation of a globally competitive national industrial transformation.

“Synergy between innovation, education, and food security is not only the foundation of national industrial transformation, but also the key for Indonesia to stand on equal footing with the world’s leading nations,” the Rector stated.

His presence at this international forum received appreciation from participants, including students, academics, and Indonesian diaspora professionals from various countries. The discussion was dynamic, presenting strategic ideas for Indonesia’s contribution on the global stage.
